Lost in Translation on the Congress

Perhaps, I can read documents written in English. Despite of poorness, I can write English documents.
Then, I can scarecely hear to English.
On the congress, speakers present their presentation in English, I cannot completely understand what they want to tell.
Only a few information are brought for me with their slide shows, but orally tranfering infromantion does not reach for me. I cannot understand what presentaters wnt to say('A`).
What the most crucial problem is letter/characters.
I can read roman letters, japanese letters and chinese letters, but I cannot understand korean letters.
On the street, every announcements, notations, and list of restaurants written in korean chatacters, I cannot understand what the nonations mean at all.
I had a few time to learn the way how korean characters spell, but it is so difficult for me to learn it.

The persons who are on the congress is seem to devide into two groups. One is constituted with English-speaking persons, and the another is non-English-speaking persons.
Mojority of this congress may be English-speaking group, i.e. people from UK, US and Austlaria. So we are the minority of the confference, i.e. Japanese, Francais, Deutches, Slovacais, Cescka and on.
Minorities having each languages, so thay can only communicate with their poor English, and each minor language groups compose small colonies based on their minor languages. Especially, Japanese and Francais.
