gnuplotならsplot使うだけ。でもデータから曲面を出すのはgnuplotでは面倒なので、Mathematicaで。
ListPlot3Dでできる。らしい。けど、Macだと何故か上手くいかない。(x,y,z)がnあったとして、それを解釈してくれないらしい。
